Would your dog rather spend the day home alone or out and about exploring or playing with their friends in our safe, fun and enriching dog care facilities?
We are excited to be bringing new membership options to our loyal customers! Choose from 4, 8 or 12 visits per month, plus each visit includes a beef chew treat at lunch, and once a month your dog will get a nail trim and a warm exit bath which leaves them smelling great! Plus we will also be offering exclusive member only deals, activities and events! Our membership packages offer great value for money, check them out below!
IMPORTANT UPDATE: We no longer offer a credit/invoicing service – if you do not have a membership or credits or have not prepaid you will be required to pay in store at checkout.

- How do I sign up and pay?
Simply log in to your Paw Partner account (see video link above), view the dashboard and press the Memberships button and follow the prompts provided. Payment is via card and will be charged to your card each month on the day of your anniversary. - I’ve signed up, now what?
Be sure to create your reservations in Paw Partner for your dogs’ visits, add on 1x beef chew per visit and pick the date to add on their exit bath and their nail trim. - What if I have more than one dog?
Credits and treats can be shared across multiple dogs in the same house however there is 1x exit bath and nail trim per month per membership, so if your additional dogs need these, these will be at the prices listed below. - What happens to any unused days when the month rolls over?
These do not roll in to the next month, so make sure you book your dog in for all their visits before your month runs out! - How do I cancel my membership?
All daycare memberships are subject to our 30 day cancellation notice policy. Cancellation is to be made in writing via email. Once we receive your cancellation request, you will have one final renewal day in which we will process your last invoice. You can utilise services for this final month, and you won’t be charged again. There are no exceptions to the final invoice, so we kindly ask that you let us know well in advance if you need to cancel. - What happens if we go on holiday or over the Christmas holiday period?
You can move your visits to be closer together or you are able to pause your membership so that you won’t be charged while your dog isn’t attending.
ADD ONS AVAILABLE ON ALL DAYCARE AND BOARDING VISITS:
– Adventure Walk $20 (your dog is taken out of daycare for a walk, normally on the farm)
– Nail trim $15 ($20 if not here for daycare/boarding)
– Assorted chews/treats also available (beef chew/cows ear/pizzle etc)
– Exit Bath $20 (warm wash with shampoo)
– NEW: Exit Bath, Blowdry and De-Shed – priced from $40 depending on size and coat style/condition
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations/changes to your booking, less than this and you will still be charged.
